How to Use Form Templates

Form templates let you instantly apply a professionally designed look to your order form. Each template sets colors, borders, rounded corners, shadows, button styles, and more — all in a single click. They're ready to use out of the box, but every detail remains fully customizable afterward.

Step 1: Open the Form Builder & Go to the Form Style section

From EasySell dashboard, navigate to Form Builder; In the editor panel, scroll down to the Form Style section. At the top you'll see the Templates area with a row of miniature form previews.

Step 3: Filter templates by category

Above the template previews, you'll find filter buttons: All, Clean, Dark, Ocean, Orange, Rose, and Green. Click any category to narrow down the list. Click All to see every available template again.

Step 4: Pick a template

Scroll through the template previews horizontally and click the one you like. The template is applied instantly — the live preview on the right updates to show the new style.

A template applies styles to:

  • Form container — background, text color, border, rounded corners, and shadow.
  • Input fields — text color, background, border color, and rounded corners.
  • Field icons — icon color and icon background.
  • Submit button (CTA) — background, text color, rounded corners, border, and shadow.
  • Other buttons — rounded corners, border, and shadow (their colors stay unchanged).
  • Order summary — background, border, and text color.
  • Discount field — the "Apply" button background matches the CTA color.

Step 5: Customize individual styles (optional)

Templates are a starting point. After applying one, you can fine-tune any property:

  • Under Form Style, adjust the form's text color, background, border, rounded corners, and shadow.
  • Under Fields Styling, change the input field text color, background, border color, and rounded corners independently.
  • To edit button styles, select the button field in the Fields section and modify its style properties.

Any manual change you make overrides that specific value from the template — the rest of the template's styles stay intact.

Step 6: Reset if needed

If you want to start over, click the Restore defaults button next to the Templates heading. This resets the form style to the default values. You can then pick a new template or build your style from scratch.

Step 7: Save

Once you're happy with how the form looks, click Save in the top bar to publish your changes.

That's it — pick a template, optionally tweak it, and save. Your form is ready.
