How to Insert HTML Code into the Form, Upsells, and Offers

All text editors use a rich text editor, which allows you to insert HTML code directly.


For example, to add HTML code to a form:


  1. Open the form builder
  2. Click Add New Field
  3. Go to Custom Fields
  4. Select Text HTML
  5. Edit the field and




  1. Then, edit the field and click the “Source Code” icon to insert your HTML.



  1. Paste your HTML code into the newly opened field, then click Save.



Please note that this option is available throughout the app wherever the rich text editor is used, such as in upsells, quantity offers, and downsells.



Important note: adding HTML code directly is a paid feature, if you are on free plan you will not see the source code icon, you need to upgrade your plan to access it, however you can still edit the text manually even if you are on free plan using the text editor available tools
