# How to Add a District List to Your Form

By default, all countries include two dropdown fields: **Province** and **City**. However, some countries require an additional dropdown. For example, in **Peru**, you also need to select the **District**, which depends on the chosen city.

In this article, you’ll learn how to add this additional field:

1. Open the **Form Builder**, then click **Add New Fields** > **Custom Fields** > **Drop-Down List**.

2. Edit the basic settings of the field, such as the label and placeholder.
* In **Connect this field to**, select **Address 2**. *(This ensures the district information will be included in the order address.)*
* Check the box **This field represents the list of districts**. *(This option only appears if you’ve followed all previous steps and the selected country supports a third list.)*
