# How to enable Abandoned Checkouts on EasySell?

**Follow the instructions below to help you enable Abandoned Checkouts on EasySell.**

# Enable Abandoned Checkouts on EasySell

* Go to **Settings**
* Then Click on **General** on the top bar menu
* Scroll down to  **Abandoned checkouts**
* Check the **Enable abandoned orders** option
* **Save** your changes

### Please note that :
* Abandoned orders will be created if the customer fill the **phone number** or the **email** but didn't submit the order on the next **15 minutes**.
* Abandoned checkouts will be created as **Draft orders** and you can find them on: **Shopify Admin > Orders > Drafts**.
* Abandoned orders will have **easysell-abandoned-checkout** tag.
