How to Test Meta Conversion API With Your EasySell Form

Before testing the Meta Conversion API, make sure you already connected Meta Conversion API to your EasySell form by following this guide:

How to enable Facebook Conversion API (CAPI) on EasySell

Step 1: Open Meta Events Manager Test Events Tool

Go to your Meta Events Manager and open the Test Events section.

Inside the Test Events tool, you will find a Test Event Code.

Copy this code.

Step 2: Go to Your Store and Place a Test Order

Now open your Shopify store and create a test order using your EasySell form.

Important:

You must paste the Test Event Code inside the Name field of the EasySell form.

This is a very important step because EasySell uses this code to send the test purchase event to Meta.

Step 3: Submit the Order

Complete and submit the order normally.

After placing the order, wait a few seconds for Meta to receive the event.

Step 4: Check the Test Events Tool

Go back to the Meta Test Events page.

If everything is configured correctly, you should see a Purchase event appear in real time.

This confirms that your Meta Conversion API integration with EasySell is working correctly.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you don’t see the Purchase event:

  • Make sure the Meta Pixel and Conversion API are connected correctly
  • Verify that you copied the correct Test Event Code
  • Ensure the Test Event Code was added inside the Name field
  • Try placing another test order
  • Wait a few seconds and refresh the Test Events page
