# EasySell SMS & WhatsApp Messages

The **EasySell SMS & WhatsApp Messages** feature is designed to help you communicate more effectively with your customers and enhance their overall shopping experience.  
With this feature, merchants can:

* Send **personalized order confirmation messages** via **SMS or WhatsApp** after a purchase.  
* Notify customers via **SMS or WhatsApp when their order is shipped**.  
* **Recover abandoned carts** through personalized reminder messages.  
* **Verify customers’ phone numbers** using a one-time verification code sent via **SMS or WhatsApp**.

Go to **Integrations & Messaging > SMS & WhatsApp Message:**

## 💰 Remaining Balance

In the SMS & WhatsApp Messages dashboard, you can easily:
* Check your **current message balance**.  
* **Top up** your balance to ensure you have enough credits to cover upcoming SMS or WhatsApp charges.

You can choose to send messages through either SMS or WhatsApp. This setting applies to all message types.

From the same dashboard, you can view **pricing by country** for both SMS and WhatsApp messages.
