# Why do I see the error message “Service is unavailable.” on the form when submitting the order?

**This message means that your Shopify checkout is currently disabled.**

| To fix this, make sure your store is on an active Shopify plan and not still in the free trial period. Customers cannot access the checkout feature until a plan is selected.
