Why We’ve Updated Our Pricing (Starting March 1, 2026)
At EasySell, our goal has always been simple:

As our merchant base has grown and the eCommerce landscape has evolved, we’ve made an important update to our pricing structure starting March 1, 2026.
This update only applies to new subscriptions starting March 1, 2026.
Here’s why we made this decision.
1. Supporting High-Growth Stores at Scale
Over the past year, many EasySell merchants have scaled dramatically. Some are now processing thousands — even tens of thousands — of orders per month using our order form.
With that growth comes:
- Higher infrastructure costs
- Increased fraud protection demands
- More advanced tracking & pixel requirements
- Greater support complexity
- 24/7 reliability expectations
Our previous pricing structure did not properly reflect the real cost of serving high-volume stores — especially under an unlimited model at a very low price point.
The new structure ensures:
- Small stores can start affordably
- Growing stores can scale predictably
- High-volume stores contribute proportionally to the value and resources they use
This creates a healthier and more sustainable ecosystem for everyone.
2. Aligning Pricing With Value Delivered
EasySell directly impacts revenue.
For high-volume stores, improved conversion rates mean:
- More completed orders
- Higher average order values
- Lower cart abandonment
- Better COD fraud management
When a store processes 10,000+ orders per month through EasySell, the revenue impact is significant. Our updated pricing better reflects the value being created at that level.
We believe pricing should grow alongside success.
3. Platform-Level Changes & Operating Costs
The Shopify ecosystem has evolved. Revenue share and processing structures have changed, increasing the cost of operating and distributing apps sustainably.
Rather than reducing features, limiting support quality, or slowing innovation, we chose to:
- Preserve and improve feature quality
- Continue investing in fraud protection
- Maintain 24/7 live support
- Strengthen infrastructure stability
- Add advanced capabilities (multi-language forms, advanced tax settings, product-specific pixels, and more)
This update ensures we can continue improving EasySell long-term without compromising reliability.
4. A More Logical Growth Ladder
Our updated plans now better reflect real store growth stages:
- Free – Early-stage stores
- Professional – Growing stores
- Advanced – Scaling operations
- Unlimited – High-volume businesses
Previously, unlimited access at a very low price created an imbalance between resource usage and contribution. The new structure ensures fairness and sustainability while keeping EasySell highly affordable relative to the revenue it drives.
5. Grandfathering Existing Unlimited Merchants
If you subscribed to the previous Unlimited plan at $24.95/month:
- Your pricing remains unchanged
- Your unlimited access remains intact
- No action is required
We deeply value our early adopters and long-term users. This is our way of honoring your trust.
