# ¿Por qué veo el mensaje de error “Service is unavailable.” en el formulario al enviar el pedido?

**Este mensaje significa que tu checkout de Shopify está deshabilitado.**

| Para solucionarlo, asegúrate de que tu tienda esté en un plan activo de Shopify y no en el período de prueba gratuito. Los clientes no podrán acceder a la función de checkout hasta que se seleccione un plan.
