Slow redirection after submitting the order
If the redirect to the Thank You page takes too long or fails, it can be caused by some network providers that can’t properly resolve Shopify’s default domain for the Order Status / Thank You page.
The solution is to set up a Customer accounts domain (so the Order Status page uses your domain instead of the default Shopify domain).
Steps
1) In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Checkout.
2) Click the link Change your customer accounts domain if you have it else skip to next step.

3) Go to Settings → Domains.
4) Follow the instructions to complete the setup of your customer account subdomain.

After the domain is connected, try submitting a new order again — the redirect should be much faster and should not fail.
