EasySell lets you create custom shipping rates (recommended) and show them on your order form.

To configure Shipping rates:

1) Go to EasySell COD Form → Form Builder

2) Open the Shipping rates tab

3) Make sure Enable shipping rates is checked

4) Click Add rate

Add a custom shipping rate (Recommended)

When you click Add rate, a popup will open where you can configure:

• Rate name (eg. Express Shipping)
• Rate description (eg. 1–2 days)
• Price

Shipping rate conditions

You can optionally add conditions to show a rate only for specific orders. Click Add conditions and choose what you want to base it on:

• Order price
• Order weight
• Order quantity

Then set the minimum and/or maximum values.

Apply the rate to specific countries / provinces (optional)

Enable Apply this rate for certain countries only and select the countries you want.

If needed, you can also enable Apply this rate for certain provinces / states only.

Apply the rate to specific products (optional)

Enable Apply this rate for certain products only, then pick the products.

You can also use Exclude selected products from this rate if you want the opposite behavior.

Save your changes

After finishing a rate, click Done.

You can keep adding more rates the same way. When you’re finished, click Save at the top right.

Import shipping rates from Shopify (Optional)

You can also import your existing Shopify shipping rates by clicking Import from Shopify.

In most cases, we recommend using EasySell custom rates because they give you more control.

Add Shipping options to your order form

1) Go to your Form builder

2) In the Form section, click Add new fields

3) In Shopify fields, choose Shipping options

4) Click Save
