EasySell SMS & WhatsApp Messages


The EasySell SMS & WhatsApp Messages feature is designed to help you communicate more effectively with your customers and enhance their overall shopping experience.

With this feature, merchants can:


  • Send personalized order confirmation messages via SMS or WhatsApp after a purchase.
  • Notify customers via SMS or WhatsApp when their order is shipped.
  • Recover abandoned carts through personalized reminder messages.
  • Verify customers’ phone numbers using a one-time verification code sent via SMS or WhatsApp.


Go to Integrations & Messaging > SMS & WhatsApp Message:




💰 Remaining Balance


In the SMS & WhatsApp Messages dashboard, you can easily:

  • Check your current message balance.
  • Top up your balance to ensure you have enough credits to cover upcoming SMS or WhatsApp charges.



Messages Canal:


You can choose to send messages through either SMS or WhatsApp. This setting applies to all message types.




💵 Pricing


From the same dashboard, you can view pricing by country for both SMS and WhatsApp messages.




🛍️ Order Confirmation Messages


Send real-time order confirmations to customers immediately after they place an order — via SMS or WhatsApp.

This gives customers peace of mind knowing their order has been received and is being processed, reducing support inquiries and improving satisfaction.



Available Variables


  • {order_id} – inserts the order number.
  • {order_url} – inserts the “Thank You” page link.
  • {customer_name} – inserts the customer’s name.
  • {order_total} – inserts the order total.



🚚 Shipping Confirmation Messages


Keep your customers informed when their order ships — through SMS or WhatsApp.

You can include tracking details, delivery estimates, and custom messages to improve transparency and trust.



Available Variables


  • {tracking_number} – inserts the tracking number.
  • {tracking_url} – inserts the tracking link.
  • {customer_name} – inserts the customer’s name.
  • {order_id} – inserts the order number.



🛒 Abandoned Cart Recovery Messages


Recover lost sales by sending personalized SMS or WhatsApp messages to customers who didn’t complete their orders.

This automated feature helps you boost conversions and win back potential customers.



Available Variables


  • {recovery_url} – inserts the recovery link (required).



🔐 Phone Number Verification (OTP)


You can also verify customers’ phone numbers using SMS or WhatsApp OTP (One-Time Password).
