Why isn't quantity picker visible in the form?

There is two reasons why the quantity picker is not visible in the form


Reason 1: You already have quantity offers active for the current product


In this case, the quantity picker field will not be displayed.


Reason 2: You have configured your form to order multiple product


If you select this option, the quantity picker becomes unavailable. This is because when the form is set to order multiple products, it is uncertain which product's quantity is being specified.


If you want the form to order the current product only, follow the steps below:


  • Go to Settings
  • Click on Visibility
  • Scroll down to Product page settings section
  • On When the COD button is clicked choose Buy only the product on page option
  • Save your changes
