How to enable Abandoned Checkouts on EasySell?
Follow the instructions below to help you enable Abandoned Checkouts on EasySell.
Go to Settings
Then click on Advanced on the menu
Scroll down to Abandoned checkouts section
Check the Enable abandoned orders option
Save your changes
Abandoned orders will be created if the customer fill the phone number or the email but didn't submit the order on the next 15 minutes.
Abandoned checkouts will be created as Draft orders and you can find them on: Shopify Admin > Orders > Drafts.
Abandoned orders will have easysell-abandoned-checkout tag.
