Why do I see the error message “Service is unavailable.” on the form when submitting the order?

This message means that your Shopify checkout is currently disabled.


To fix this, make sure your store is on an active Shopify plan and not still in the free trial period. Customers cannot access the checkout feature until a plan is selected.
